Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction by responding to inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and resolving issues related to shipments.
Review and prepare shipping-related documents such as Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Import Permits, or other documents required by customers and international regulations.
Coordinate with customs brokers, customs authorities, and relevant agencies to ensure proper and efficient customs clearance.
Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, finance, and sales departments to support smooth and effective operations.
Collect, organize, and maintain shipping and customs documents systematically for easy reference and audit purposes.
Monitor service performance, gather customer feedback, and report to supervisors for continuous improvement.
Prepare shipment status reports and other information requested by customers or management.
Support the sales team in retaining existing corporate clients, expanding the customer base, and building long-term customer relationships.
