Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company’s freight forwarding services (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and related logistics solutions).
Identify customer needs, provide service information, and generate qualified sales leads.
Prepare and send quotations to customers, and follow up to close sales opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with customers to build strong, long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Update and maintain customer information and sales activities in the company’s system/CRM.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.
Support the Sales Manager and field sales team with appointments, leads, and market information.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
