Telesales Executive

Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company’s freight forwarding services (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and related logistics solutions).

  • Identify customer needs, provide service information, and generate qualified sales leads.

  • Prepare and send quotations to customers, and follow up to close sales opportunities.

  • Maintain regular contact with customers to build strong, long-term business relationships.

  • Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Update and maintain customer information and sales activities in the company’s system/CRM.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.

  • Support the Sales Manager and field sales team with appointments, leads, and market information.

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field); Logistics, International Business, or related fields preferred.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales support; experience in freight forwarding/logistics is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
